SEASON DATES: October 6, 2018 through January 31, 2019.
BAG LIMIT: One (1) per tag holder per year.
LEGAL DEER: Antlered Mule Deer (Buck) only.
NUMBER OF PERMITS:
One (1), issued by Special Raffle, (refer to sections H2.A. Exhibi
t II and H2.H. for details).
LEGAL TAKING DEVICE: Any legal firearm or bow & arrow as
described in section R1.B.
PERMIT COST: $25.00/raffle ticket. $100/5 raffle tickets.
OPEN AREAS: Reservation wide (including Zone 3A).
SPECIAL REGULATIONS:
The successful 2018 SUPER MULE DEER TAG raffle tag winner may also hold a Whitetail Deer tag (1.A. Or 1.B.). The successful 2018 SUPER MULE DEER TAG raffle tag winner is also eligible to hold the following Deer tag combinations:
SUPER MULE DEER TAG and a Zone Mule Deer tag (1.D.).
OR
SUPER MULE DEER TAG and a Trophy Deer tag (1.E. or 1.F.).
OR
SUPER MULE DEER TAG and a 55+ Deer tag (1.G.).
OR
SUPER MULE DEER TAG and either an Archery Mule Deer or Archery Whitetail tag (1.H. OR 1.I.).
SUCCESSFUL SUPER MULE DEER RAFFLE TAG WINNERS WILL REMAIN INELLIGIBLE FOR THIS TAG FOR A PERIOD OF FIVE (5) YEARS.
The SUPER MULE DEER tag will be issued to the winner at a mandatory Game & Fish Department orientation meeting. The SUPER MULE DEER RAFFLE TAG WINNER will be notified of the date and time of this meeting.
PERSONS ENTERING THE RODEO/CHEDISKI and/or THE KINISHBA BURN AREAS FOR THE PURPOSE OF HUNTING DO SO AT THEIR OWN RISK. IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT PERSONS HUNTING THESE AREAS UTILIZE THE HIGHEST POSSIBLE GROUND FOR ENTERING, EXITING AND PARKING. DUE TO THE POTENTIAL FOR FLASH FLOODING, PERSONS ENTERING THESE AREAS FOR THE PURPOSE OF HUNTING SHOULD ALWAYS BE AWARE OF CURRENT AND POTENTIAL WEATHER CONDITIONS AND PLAN THEIR TRAVEL ROUTES ACCORDINGLY. THE TRIBAL GAME & FISH DEPARTMENT AND WHITE MOUNTAIN APACHE TRIBE ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY PROPERTY LOSS, DAMAGE OR BODILY HARM INCURRED IN THESE AREAS.
